Archive service plans for family memories.

Keep photos, recordings, transcripts, and important family files together with private access, simple organization, and support from people who understand legacy projects.

More than a folder of files

Archive setup and stewardship

We help keep family materials organized around people, stories, sessions, and outputs so the archive is useful later, not just uploaded somewhere.

Private family access

Invite the people who should have access and keep the archive away from feeds, public links, and ad-driven platforms.

Pay once or over 24 months

Choose a single payment or spread the same archive service plan across 24 months so it fits a real family budget.

How we handle your stories

EchoVault is for families, not ad targeting or engagement games. We treat every recording as part of a private family archive, not as content to be repurposed.

In plain language

Your recordings are meant for you and the people you invite. We do not sell family story data, use it for ads, or put it in public demos without explicit permission. If you want to stop, we will explain what can be deleted, what can be exported, and what has already been shared with your family.

If you speak more in specs

We use encrypted transport, private account access, least-privilege operational access, and export/deletion workflows for family materials. Raw recordings and transcripts are not used to train public AI models. Human review is limited to setup, support, restoration, and quality work tied to your project.

If you have stricter requirements, such as retention windows, export formats, or access limits, ask before you start. We'd rather be precise than vague. Read our Trust & Safety overview.
